Half triathlon race that also includes three other4 distances. The WORLD'S TOUGHEST HALF includes a 1.2 mile swim in Folsom Lake, a 56 mile mile bike ride, and a 13.1 mile mile run. The INTERNATIONAL HALF includes a 1.5 kilometer swim, a 40 kilometer bike ride, and a 10 kilometer run. the MINI TRIATHLON includes a 500 meter swim, a 13 kilometer bike ride, and a 4 kilometer run. The LONG COURSE AQUABIKE includes a 1.2 mile swim followed by a 56 mile bike ride.
